In this role, you will process prior authorization requests, verify insurance coverage, and collaborate with healthcare providers and insurance companies to ensure timely approvals. Position: Remote Medical Benefits Specialist Pay: $17/hr. Weekly Pay plus Benefits Schedule: 8am-8pm CST. M-Fri (8hr Shift between these hours) Equipment Provided Start Date: November 2024 •

MUST BE ABLE TO PICK UP IN IRVING, TX

* Job Duties: • Submit and track prior authorization requests via outbound call. • Verify patient insurance eligibility • Communicate with providers and insurers • Maintain accurate records of approvals and denials • Assist with appeals for denied authorizations Qualifications: MUST HAVE AT LEAST 1 YEAR OR MORE OF MEDICAL BENEFITS EXPERIENCE (NO EXCEPTIONS) • *
