As a nonprofit organization dedicated to preserving the natural beauty of Sedona, Arizona, we aim to engage with our community effectively and provide exceptional support to our visitors and stakeholders. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for inquiries received through our chat platform. Your primary focus will be to assist users by providing information about our programs, events, and initiatives while ensuring a positive chat experience. Responsibilities • Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries received through the chat platform. • Provide timely and... accurate information about organizational programs, events, and initiatives. • Assist users with navigating our website and accessing resources. • Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive and friendly demeanor. • Document interactions thoroughly in our support system for reference and follow-up. • Collaborate with team members to improve the chat support experience. • Stay up to date with organizational offerings and changes to provide accurate information. Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Communications, Customer Service, or a related field is a plus. • Proven experience in customer support or chat support roles preferred. • Excellent written communication skills with a focus on clarity and empathy. • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet. • Familiarity with customer service software and chat platforms is advantageous. • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. • Passion for environmental issues and community engagement.
