Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. — • *Responsibilities:** 1. Manage large amounts of incoming calls, emails, and messages with a focus on customer satisfaction. 2. Identify and assess customers? needs to achieve resolution and satisfaction. 3. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools. 4.
