The EPIC Revenue Operations Associate Is We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented RevOps Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting daily provider operational activities, ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our onboarding and success processes. Responsibilities • Configure new providers within the HFD system so that they can take advantage of our patient financing platform. • Assist in managing provider inquiries and resolving issues promptly. • Perform account adjustments for providers that need pricing or settings changes. • Collaborate with providers and HFD team members in the troubleshooting of issues • Help maintain accurate and up-to-date records of company CRM and lending platform. • Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. • Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals. • Perform other duties as assigned by operations manager.

Education And Experience • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
