Job Description

As you work with various databases and input data related to shipping, tracking, and customer information, you will help facilitate smooth operations at FedEx. You will collaborate with team members to ensure data integrity, troubleshoot any discrepancies, and assist in generating reports as needed. Your tasks will also include verifying data from multiple sources and utilizing software tools to enhance data accuracy. This role is a wonderful opportunity for someone looking to acquire skills in data management and analysis without prior experience. While the primary focus is data entry, there will be additional tasks such as responding to emails related to data inquiries and possibly training new staff on data entry procedures.
