Proficiency in case management software and other relevant tools. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. High degree of professionalism and confidentiality. Educational Qualifications Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration, Social Work, Nursing, or a related field; or equivalent work experience. Relevant certifications (e.g., CCM, ACM) are a plus.
