Job Summary: The warehouse assistant is responsible for supervising the facility's materials management. This includes receiving incoming shipments, organizing inventory, preparing orders, and packing shipments. Responsibilities: • Careful handling and stacking of materials and merchandise with a forklift can help reduce the risk of accidents, including injury and damage to goods or the forklift itself • Operating a railcar requires individuals to be adequately trained in the use of its components, such as the opener, hopper, and lids • Working to establish strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and clients in the elevator industry • To achieve a pristine clean space, it may be necessary to utilize different cleaning equipment, such as sweepers, mops, and vacuums to remove dirt and dust from all areas of a building • Maintaining the cleanliness of the unloading area, railcar area, and equipment will allow for easier inspection, repair, and maintenance, reducing downtime and improving productivity • We need technicians with knowledge in doing essential maintenance jobs such as replacing belts and lubricating machinery.
