Key Responsibilities:

– Answering customer questions and resolving their issues swiftly and professionally

– Assisting customers in understanding our products and services

– Documenting customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments

– Recommending potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs

– Collaborating with the customer service team to ensure excellent service standards

Requirements:

– High School Diploma or equivalent

– Previous experience in a customer service role would be advantageous

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

– Ability to work well in a team environment

– Proficiency in MS Office Suite
