Job Summary:

Description:

As a Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing excellent customer service and helping to ensure an outstanding guest experience. This role requires a high level of dedication, strong communication skills, and a passion for delivering superior service.

Responsibilities:

– Welcome and direct guests around the premises

– Assist with guest inquiries and provide detailed information about our facilities and services

– Manage phone calls and messages

– Coordinate transportation services for guests

– Handle luggage and other belongings of guests

– Compile reports on overall guest satisfaction

Requirements:

– Excellent communication and people skills

– Good organizational and multitasking abilities

– Knowledge of local attractions and the broader region will be a plus

Educational Qualifications:
