Job Description:

As a Retail Stocker at Walmart, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store shelves are kept full, organized, and clean. You will be responsible for unloading deliveries, replenishing stock, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store. We are looking for individuals who have excellent attention to detail, are diligent about following procedures, and can maintain a fast pace in a busy retail environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Unload deliveries and organize stock in the backroom.

2. Replenish the sales floor with merchandise as it sells.

3. Keep all areas of the store neat, tidy, and safe for customers.

4. Assist customers in locating products.

5. Follow all company guidelines regarding packaging, safety, and theft prevention.

Requirements:

1. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

2. Excellent organizational skills.

3. Strong attention to detail.

4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

5. Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Educational Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Experience:

Previous experience in a retail environment is considered an asset, but not a requirement. Training will be provided.
