As a Ride-Share Driver, you will be the face of Uber, providing exceptional customer service while ensuring the safety and comfort of your passengers during their journey. This role is perfect for those looking for a flexible work schedule. Whether you prefer morning, afternoon, or evening, even weekend and holiday shifts, we empower our drivers to choose their own hours.
Responsibilities:
– Safely transport passengers to their destinations
– Maintain cleanliness and safety of the vehicle
– Follow all traffic laws and regulations
– Provide excellent customer service to passengers
– Handle cash and electronic payments for fares
– Resolve passenger issues or concerns professionally
– Report any accidents or vehicle damage immediately
Requirements:
– Must be 21 years old or older
– Have a 4-door vehicle, 10 years old or newer
– A clean driving record
– Pass a background check
– Excellent communication skills
– Ability to navigate the city efficiently
– Customer service experience preferred
Educational Qualifications:
No specific educational qualification is required for this role. However, a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Experience:
Previous driving experience is a plus, but not required. Uber provides comprehensive training to all new drivers.
