Description
As a Delta Airlines Flight Attendant, you will be an ambassador of the Delta brand as you deliver safe, consistent, and customer-service-focused on-air experiences. Successful applicants will demonstrate a passion for service, teamwork, and the ability to handle various in-flight duties and customer interactions with professionalism and poise.
Responsibilities
– Ensure the safety and comfort of all passengers while providing exceptional customer service.
– Conduct pre-flight safety checks and communicate safety instructions.
– Assist passengers with boarding and deplaning.
– Serve beverages, meals, and snacks, and sell onboard products.
– Handle emergencies and provide guidance to passengers.
– Maintain a clean and presentable cabin environment throughout flights.
– Manage conflict resolution to maintain the quality of the travel experience for all customers.
– Engage in ongoing training and development programs.
Requirements
– Minimum age of 21 years.
– High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
– Ability to work flexible hours and shifts, including weekends and holidays.
– Physically fit to meet the demands of the job including handling luggage, standing, and moving around the cabin frequently.
– Proficient in English; knowledge of other languages is a strong advantage.
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
– Must be able to secure appropriate airport authority and/or US Customs security badges.

Educational Qualifications
– A high school diploma or GED is required; associates or bachelors degree is preferred.
– Customer service experience, especially in hospitality or tourism, is highly regarded.
Experience
– Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory.
– Experience in a high-pressure or emergency management role is an asset.
