Job Description:
As a Call Center Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and responsible for maintaining high customer satisfaction levels. Key Responsibilities:
– Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
– Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the appropriate methods and tools.
– Manage customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives.
– Follow up to ensure resolution and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
– Collaborate with the team to achieve key performance indicators and service levels.
