Anticipated Start Date 9/23/24 Anticipated Hours Per Week 10 Schedule: • Academic Year: 10-20 hours per week. • Summer: 30-40 hours per week. • Scheduled hours between 7:45am – 4:30p, Monday-Friday. Salary/Wage Range: Hourly $15.00 to $15.00 Number Of Positions 1 Position Summary/Job Duties: • Accurately enter and audit data for current and future employees in a variety of programs and data bases. • Create and send a variety of Human Resources & Payroll correspondence. • Assist with the filing, retention, and purging of Human Resources & Payroll related records. • Run reports and track various processes. • Assist with office coverage as needed, including answering and directing incoming calls. • Work with new employees, helping them complete employment paperwork. • Assist with various records management, including scanning and archiving confidential paperwork. • Other administrative support functions and projects as needed.
