Leading provider of payroll solutions is seeking a motivated and client-oriented Account Manager to join its Client Relations team for this fully remote position. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in cultivating and sustaining robust relationships with existing clients, ensuring their continued satisfaction and success. You will act as the key contact for client needs, offering customized support that drives client retention and identifies growth opportunities. Key Responsibilities • Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with assigned clients. • Act as the primary contact for client inquiries, resolving concerns and addressing needs. • Regularly engage with clients to understand their changing requirements and challenges. • Swiftly resolve client issues to ensure timely and effective solutions. • Spot opportunities to expand service offerings within existing client portfolio. • Educate clients on product updates, enhancements, and industry best practices to enhance their success. Qualifications • Demonstrated experience in account management, client relations, sales, customer success, or related role. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients. • Strong problem-solving capabilities and a customer-first mindset. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. • Knowledge of CRM software and tools.
