Part Time Paralegal

Small General Practice in Louisville, KY is hiring a part-time paralegal to support two attorneys in Family Law, Probate, Some estate planning, and just a small amount of personal injury. This position is remote but the paralegal must be local to the Louisville, KY area in case a reason arises to be in person when needed. Hours of the position can be discussed during the interview... process. Highlighted Duties include: • Preparation of financial disclosures in divorce cases • Preparation of various documents in probate matters • Preparation of mediation statements • Assistance with trial preparation. These would be divorce trials so they would be in front of a Judge, not a Jury. • Organization with electronic files and discovery. This could include the preparation of exhibits.
