Role Summary As a Support Specialist, you?ll play a pivotal role in providing support and services to children and families who have found permanency, whether through reintegration, adoption, custodianship/guardianship, or as aged-out youth. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve empowering these families and children by connecting them with the right community resources, advocating on their behalf, and assisting them in sustaining their achievements independently. We?re seeking someone who embodies compassion, dedication, and a commitment to the well-being of families, ready to learn and enhance their skills to contribute to the success of those we serve. Able to effectively advocate for and assist families and children in finding and maintaining community resources. Possesses a bachelor?s degree in human services and a valid driver?s license.
