Job Overview... As a Customer Service / Data Entry Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in our operations. You'll start with comprehensive training at our Las Vegas manufacturing location before transitioning to a hybrid remote setup. We're looking for someone with excellent computer proficiency and a knack for accurate data entry. Your day-to-day tasks will involve entering customer orders into our ERP system, liaising with customers regarding production orders, and ensuring data integrity within our systems.
Key Responsibilities
Efficiently enter various data and customer orders into our company ERP system. Engage with customers to address inquiries and manage production orders. Review and update data within our systems, promptly addressing any discrepancies. Collaborate with your supervisor to resolve data-related issues and optimize processes.
Qualifications
Proficient in computer skills, with a strong emphasis on accurate typing. Prior experience in data entry, administrative support, or customer service, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, handling tasks with precision and efficiency. Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
