We want people who possess attributes that complement our company culture and ethos: • Friendly and enthusiastic • Entrepreneurial and hard-working • Honest and accountable • Demonstrates remarkable communication skills and attentive listening capabilities Essential Job Functions: • Initiate conversations with clients, discuss their plans, suggest products, and encourage excitement about transactions. • Deliver customer service that exceeds the highest standards. • Maintaining the assigned areas stocked, dirt-free, and secure must be our top priority, ensuring the customers can shop seamlessly. • Work closely with managers and colleagues to achieve sales targets together. • Utilize the POS system to finalize customer transactions. • Apply the established guidelines when processing customer refunds and exchanges. • Abide by the standard practices for accepting payment through cash, checks, and credit cards. • Generate tags for pricing and merchandising displays, control inventory, label and present goods. • Respect the essential principles that dictate the company's actions. • Display and ensure adherence to corporate safety regulations. • Follow the company's guidelines in answering calls and taking messages. • Work in collaboration with other store departments as required. • Achieve excellence in a rapid environment with precision. Minimum Eligibility Requirements: • Individuals who are of 18 years or more are allowed to participate. • Basic math skills are the building blocks upon which more complex mathematical concepts are built. • Prior track record of customer support. • The competence to handle numerous tasks at once and excel under pressure. • Specific job positions may require forklift certification solely through F&D. • In states where it is permitted by law, passing a drug test is a condition for obtaining certification for heavy equipment operation. Physical/Sensory Requirements: • To be capable of handling tasks involving the movement of objects, one must be able to apply force between 30 to 60 pounds occasionally or 20 to 30 pounds frequently. • Manipulating and feeling objects is often done through the use of hands and fingers. • Regular participation in physical activities such as standing, walking, reaching, balancing, climbing, or crouching.
