Job Description
In this role you will have the unique opportunity to learn our rapidly growing, tech-enabled business from some of the top leaders in the industry. As a Healthcare Economics Associate you will work with our Payer Contracting, Medical Economics, and Population Health Analytics teams to help solve complex problems and further develop their healthcare operations knowledge. Primary Job Duties: Collaborate with internal departments to develop any required analytics as it relates to new contracts or underperforming contracts. Utilize structured analytical thinking to synthesize valuable insights and present findings to physician executives, market presidents, and practice consultants Contribute to strategic plans to improve physician satisfaction, patient satisfaction, and practice profitability Prepare and present reports and findings to cross functional teams Evaluate strategic new lines of business that fit into our transformative care delivery model. Including the creation of business plans and predictive modeling. Contributes to cross-team projects as needed to meet the changing business environment. Engages in project management efforts. Other duties as assigned Qualifications Must be currently enrolled in a Masters program. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong business aptitude with a can do attitude.
