Remote Customer Service Representative – Chat Specialist Start Date: 10/11/2024... Pay Range: $16.50/hr Contract Length: 3 month contract (with room for extension and conversion) Worksite Location: 100% Remote (Available only in CO, TX, & AZ) Schedule Availability Required: Requires open availability for any 40 hours shift between 6am-5pm Mon-Sun Job Description: • The Customer Service Representative Chat Specialist provides premium service and builds relationships with our customers through effective telephone, chat, email and social media correspondence with 80% of their day working through the chat queue and 20% of the day on calls. • Majority of calls will be discussing logistics of packages, returns and refunds, product questions and warranty questions. • Will also be assisting customers with product information, assistance with website navigation, and general questions Qualifications: • Customer Service - Candidate must have previous customer service experience in which they helped answer customer questions and resolve issues. • Written & Verbal Communication - All communication via inbound calls from customers, minor email communication and minor chat communication. • Microsoft Office - Will use basic Microsoft Office programs such as Outlook and Word. Must be comfortable navigating computer while on the phone with customer (Internet must be hardwired and cannot rely on a cell network, or satellite) Equipment: Fully provided – shipped to employee’s residence Background Check: 7 year standard background o Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
