Requirements • At least 2 years of experience in mortgage servicing and call center environments. • Strong customer service skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to handle high-volume call center tasks. • Familiarity with MSP is a plus. • Excellent communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. • Demonstrated professionalism and the ability to listen and respond empathetically to customers.
