Skills • Must-Haves • Valid certification as a Pharmacy Technician • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish • Experience handling 40-50+ adherence-related calls daily • Familiarity with basic medical terminology and medication names (brand and generic) • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities • Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace • Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player • Flexibility to work a full-time schedule, including weekends • Preferred Skills • Prior experience in a remote working environment Responsibilities • Make outbound calls to patients, healthcare providers, and pharmacies to address patient cases identified through risk stratification algorithms. • Obtain and document health and contact information, schedule patient appointments, and resolve medication-related issues to improve patient engagement. • Address inbound customer support requests, providing accurate and timely information while preparing and mailing correspondence as needed. • Work closely with the Clinical Care team to ensure streamlined communication and maintain positive relationships with clients and colleagues. • Engage in continuous learning to refine your skills and provide exemplary customer service and patient care.
