Key Responsibilities: • Provide outstanding customer service to health insurance clients via phone, email, and chat. • Effectively communicate with customers to address their inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information. • Accurate data entry into CRM and Excel files • Analyze customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM. • Make our Customers Smile and want to do business with us Qualifications: • Bilingual: Proficiency in English, with the ability to speak and understand Spanish. • Experience: Previous experience in a call center or customer-facing role, with a strong focus on customer service. • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to solve problems and build rapport with customers. • Technical Skills: At least 1 year of experience using Excel; ability to type accurately and efficiently. • Quick Learner: Willingness to learn and understand health insurance terminology and concepts. • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze customer issues and provide solutions. • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
