Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional service and creating a welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities - Greet guests upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in process - Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and resolving any issues promptly - Manage reservations and cancellations efficiently - Operate the phone system and direct calls to the appropriate department - Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately - Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions - Perform night audit duties as needed Requirements - Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred - Proficiency in using hotel management software is a plus - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to speak multiple languages is advantageous - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays - High school diploma or equivalent required Join our team as a Front Desk Agent and be part of a dynamic hospitality environment where your customer service skills will shine!
