Key Responsibilities: - Administrative Support: - Manage and organise schedules - Handle correspondence, including emails, letters, and reports. Project Coordination: - Utilize ClickUp for task management, ensuring all projects are tracked and deadlines are met.- Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with team members, clients, and vendors. Digital Proficiency: - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace (Drive, Sheets, Docs). - Competent in using HubSpot for CRM tasks, including data entry, lead management, and reporting.-Research and Content Management:** - Conduct thorough web research on various topics as needed. - Proofread and edit documents for clarity, style, and grammar. - Utilize AI tools for content creation, data analysis, or process automation. Financial Management: - Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including data entry, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial reports. Communication: - Flawless command of English, both written and spoken, to communicate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders. - Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with team members, clients, and vendors Availability and Time Management: - Ability to work in EST or CET time zones with fast response times. - High availability to manage tasks in real-time as needed. Qualifications - Experience: - Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role. Technical Skills: - Advanced user of MS Office and Google Apps. - Familiarity with ClickUp for task management. - Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM software. - Comfortable with basic bookkeeping principles. - Medium to advanced knowledge in using AI tools for various tasks. Skills: - Exceptional organisational skills with a keen eye for detail. - Strong problem-solving abilities and initiative in finding solutions. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
