Remote Therapist Opportunity

Role Overview... We are seeking dedicated and qualified therapists to join our team in a remote capacity. This position involves providing individual counseling sessions and participating in community outreach to promote our behavioral health services. Utilizing the Doxy platform, you will play a critical role in supporting clients and contributing to service enhancement. Key Responsibilities • Conduct individual counseling sessions remotely via the Doxy platform. • Facilitate remote group sessions based on established models. • Collaborate with staff to ensure clients are checked in for billing purposes. • Review weekly productivity reports to identify and address performance gaps. • Provide updates on performance to the Clinical Director. • Assist in marketing and promoting services within the community. • Availability for some evening shifts and one weekend per month, as needed. • Attend scheduled meetings and perform additional assigned duties. Qualifications • Education and Experience:* • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Clinical Psychology, or a related field. • Current license as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC). • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Proficient in various software programs and computer literacy. Additional Skills And Requirements • Ability to accept and integrate constructive feedback. • Flexible scheduling is essential. • Passion for working with youth and a commitment to human services. • High-speed internet access and a designated home office space. • Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation. • Valid BLS/CPR certification. • Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus.
