We have openings for both 7 on/7 off and 7 on/14 off full-time employment models, offering competitive benefits and a 2 year to partnership track for W2 employees, or can operate as an independent contractor. At Synergy Radiology, you choose your career path! Our Rates (based On Average Volumes In Our Group) At the 25th percentile (7.5 Wrvu/hour), you will earn $330-390/hour. At the 50th percentile (10 Wrvu/hour), you will earn $440-520/hour. At the 75th percentile (12 Wrvu/hour), you will earn $550-650/hour. Sign on bonus and/or stipends for residents/fellows that sign early are available! We pay in the 90th percentile with 7 figure potential, including the opportunity for internal moonlighting, allowing you to create the salary that you desire. Our radiologists work from a unified worklist, utilizing template-driven reports that guide input in a logical, study-specific, and pre-determined sequence. You will have a broad range of cases, including ER, inpatient, and routine imaging of all modalities. At Synergy, you're not an island-but you can live on one as part of our team!
