Key Responsibilities • Conduct virtual assessments, evaluations, and testing to identify student needs. • Develop and implement personalized Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student's unique strengths and challenges. • Deliver engaging instruction through a user-friendly online platform. • Collaborate with parents, teachers, and professionals to ensure a comprehensive educational approach for each student. • Maintain accurate records, including progress reports and compliance documentation. Qualifications • Master's degree or higher in Special Education or a related field. • Valid state teaching certification in Special Education. • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Special Education with a successful track record. • Proficient in virtual instructional technology and tools. • Excellent communication skills, capable of fostering strong connections with students and colleagues in a virtual setting. • A commitment to understanding and catering to the diverse needs of all students.
