Job Description

This is a remote position. Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst with a strong background in data analysis, reporting, and data visualization. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in analyzing data to support business decision-making. This role requires a proactive individual who can work with large datasets, derive actionable insights, and present findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Job Responsibilities • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions. • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand business needs. • Conduct data cleaning and preprocessing to ensure data accuracy and consistency. • Provide ad-hoc analysis to support business operations and strategy. • Document data analysis processes and methodologies for future reference. • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner. • Assist in developing key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track business performance. • Monitor data quality and integrity, identifying and resolving any issues.

Requirements

Candidate Required Skills • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field. • At Least 3 years of experience in data analysis or a related field. • Proficiency in SQL and experience with data query languages. • Strong knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). • Experience with statistical analysis tools (e.g., R, Python) is a plus. • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data-driven insights to non-technical stakeholders. • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. • Experience with data cleaning and preprocessing techniques. • Understanding of database management and data warehousing concepts is a plus.
