Remote Customer Service Representative

Training is PAID and is a duration of two weeks. We are currently seeking Customer Service Agents with experience previously in a call center environment. MUST have a great understanding of the importance of providing excellent customer service to consumers. This is an inbound customer service position; there is NO outbound calling or sales. Starting Pay Rate $10.00 ($11 for bilingual) Pay will be reviewed 30 days, after completed training. Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries and complaints Retaining existing customer monthly memberships Provide information about the products and services Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns Document and update customer records based on interactions Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services Qualifications: Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields Previous work from home experience Ability to build rapport with customers Ability to multitask and quickly adapt and learn new programs Positive and professional demeanor Excellent verbal communication skills Availability to work Saturday's- required for the position Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Powered by JazzHR Apply Job!
