This role is full time and we are currently working onsite. The Sales Chat Support Agent will work on sales chat for one of our telco programs. The Sales Chat Support Agent will perform a range of tasks. You may need to close the sale via Phone call or chat . As a Chat Support agent, you will be responsible in communicating with customers through live chat or email answers to their queries and sell the value of clients products and services. The ideal candidate can establish a positive rapport, can communicate effectively online and over the phone and can provide recommendations through needs-based selling, identify customer needs using questions, educate customers on the value, features, and benefits of their services, and be able to ask for the sale. Responsibilities • Assist customers who are active and lodge inquiries online via our client’s website. • Handle incoming queries from customers who are interested in learning more about clients products and service, be able to close new phone/line subscriptions, add in accessories to go with the phone, offer tablets and the latest phones. • Respond promptly to customer concerns, record and document each transaction in all forms of communications. • Adhere to client privacy guidelines to ensure each customer’s privacy. • Maintain regular attendance as required by your position. Employees are required to work non-traditional business hours, such as holidays, evenings and weekends as business demands.
