As a Live Chat Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance, answering questions, and resolving issues through live chat. Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus. • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a live chat environment. • Excellent written communication skills with a focus on clarity and grammar. • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote work environment. • Proficiency with computers and ability to learn new software quickly. • Strong typing skills with accuracy and speed. • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
