Qualifications: • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role. • Proficiency with office software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace. • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) and communication platforms (e.g., Slack, Zoom). • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong organizational and time-management abilities. • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. • High level of discretion and confidentiality. Preferred Skills: • Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress). • Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite). • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software. • Experience in a specific industry relevant to the employer (e.g., legal, real estate).
