Job Description: As a work from home project manager, your role will involve managing projects from planning through delivery, including coordinating event details and timelines, communicating with clients and vendors, scheduling team members, training, and managing inventory. 70% of the role is work-from-home, while the remaining 30% will involve non-remote work, such as visiting our storage facility in Orlando (Holden Lakes area) biweekly to check inventory and manage equipment, as well as providing on-site support at events for our team members when necessary. Compensation: ? $20/hour Training & Experience: Training is provided for all aspects of the position. We work closely with you over the course of 6-8 weeks to ensure you are competent and comfortable with all aspects of the position. Although the role is mostly remote, during your initial 4-6 weeks of training, you are required to work on-site at events for a total of 60 hours, typically once per weekend, to gain an understanding of the company and the roles you will be managing. These training shifts involve 7-9 hours of being on your feet and working the photo booth as late as 12:30am during these first 4-6 weeks of training. Roles and Required Availability: This position involves the following roles, totaling 10 - 20 hours per week ? Project Manager (remote position) - As the primary role in this job, this role involves managing projects from planning through delivery, including coordinating event details and timelines and communicating with clients and vendors. This role is remote and requires your availability Monday-Friday. Hours are flexible with the ability to work your own schedule throughout the day given you complete the required tasks by the end of each day. ? Phone Support (mostly remote position with occasional on-site) - This role requires your availability at least once per weekend to provide support to our team members via phone and text until as late as 11pm. If a team member requires on-site support, you are required to drive to that location and provide assistance. Training is provided for this role, but basic technical skills are needed. ? Maintenance and Inventory (on-site) - This role requires you on-site for 6-10 hours per month to track inventory, update software, and prep equipment/software for upcoming events ? Photo Booth Attendant (When needed, on-site) - Sometimes you may be required to work an attendant shift. This would require you to transport, set up and breakdown equipment. You would also stay and assist guests with taking and printing photos during the event. These shifts can range from 6-9 hours. Other Requirements: ? Very high level of attention to detail ? Ability to handle stressful situations ? Basic experience in using computers (any technical skills are a plus) ? Own a reliable vehicle and can travel to events up to 90 miles if necessary ? Goal-driven and task-oriented ? Humble and eager to learn and grow ? Ability to lift up to 30 pounds to waist level ? Management or project management experience is a plus, but not required ?
