What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Provide direct support to GE Appliances owners, focusing on sales and service
- Assist with product information, registration support, and service inquiries
- Resolve owner issues through troubleshooting, sales, and providing minor concessions
- Create, update, and retrieve owner records for complaints and resolutions
- Proactively provide feedback to improve training processes and materials
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- One year of relevant experience in a customer service or sales environment
- Strong initiative and ability to resolve owner issues with in-depth knowledge of processes
- High degree of concentration and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with web-based systems and proficiency in MS Office Suite
