Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities: • Join the dedicated Digital Marketing Team and provide guidance on TikTok content creation • Manage the tech company's TikTok account - you will start it from scratch • Manage TikTok account - Content ideation, scheduling/posting, community management. • Manage content creator freelancers - Content creation, ideation. • Ensure content creators are delivering the best possible content to relevant to the account • Work with the creative team on TikTok account proposal ideation • Review and approve TikTok account proposals Background and Skills: • Ability to work in a team environment and independently and be a multitasker • Strong organizational skills, with high attention to detail • Independent thinker and self-starter • Creative thinker with strong development skills • Strong problem-solving abilities • Solid writing, excellent verbal and communication skills • Computer Savvy, comfortable working with MAC or PC • Must be able to work on your own laptop • Have some experience of planning and creating entertaining and engaging social media content. • Have some experience of devising and executing social media campaigns. • Able to strategize the need to capture and produce video content • Strong video editing skills, specifically in relation to TikTok content. • Strong copywriting skills - Ability to adapt to different brand’s tone of voice. • Knowledge of social trends and pop culture. Know what is and isn’t relevant to our audience and wider culture. • Ability to ‘think outside the box’ and produce both quick comebacks for audience engagement. • Ability to understand how social media channel works and stay up to date with all the latest trends within the platform. • Flexible to work outside standard working hours when required (events, launches, etc.) Additional Comments: • Internship may lead to potential long-term employment at the end of the term. • This position is remote. • College credit available tap. is a technology company located in Santa Monica, CA.
