Our team is seeking an experienced and creative Workday solution configuration analyst to work in a rapid development environment with multiple internal customers throughout the business. The ideal candidate will possess a combination of functional and technical expertise, as well as a demonstrated... ability to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical partners. You will establish deep cross-functional relationships to ensure solutions and initiatives are effectively designed and implemented. Collaborate with business and technical partners to develop functional area product strategy and roadmap ? Develop understanding of the business needs, evaluate Workday capabilities to ensure continuous improvement of the platform ? Provides guidance and subject matter expertise on functional area capabilities and limitations. ? Configure Workday and own continuos improvement of TA Technology stack ? Lead brainstorming and requirements gathering workshops to assist and co-design processes. ? Partner with HR Tech leadership on escalations and cross-functional impacts ? Actively participate in Workday's semi-annual release process, working with business teams to address critical impacts and upcoming enhancement opportunities. ? In depth awareness of new and planned Workday functionality, actively engaging with the Workday Community to prepare and communicate changes that could impact business. ? Maintain service delivery excellence including but not limited to a list of key deliverables and timelines across projects/intiaitves with dependencies and proactively communicate progress to a variety of stakeholders. Experience & Competencies Required ? At least 5 years of configuration experience working with Workday Recruiting. ? Deep understanding of the Workday foundations across HCM and Recruiting ? In-depth understanding of HR domain and processes. ? Project management and familiarity with Agile methodology ? Creative thinking, ability to partner with business, and navigating ambiguity. ? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $100,000 - $700,000. Netflix provides comprehensive benefits including Health Plans, Mental Health support, a 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer match, Stock Option Program, Disability Programs, Health Savings and Flexible Spending Accounts, Family-forming benefits, and Life and Serious Injury Benefits. We also offer paid leave of absence programs. Full-time hourly employees accrue 35 days annually for paid time off to be used for vacation, holidays, and sick paid time off.
