All we need is you. The opportunity Student Experience Marketing Operations is looking for a student worker to join the team. This position can be fully remote or hybrid (combination of remote and in-person in Manchester). This position will work directly with Student Experience Operations to maintain evergreen projects and documentation, brainstorm process and reporting improvements and other duties as needed. In this role, the student will work with a variety of software including MS Office Suite, Workfront, and TeamUp. May be eligible for internship credit. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Create and assign a large volume of projects in the project management system (Workfront) on a regular cadence • Maintain ongoing tracking of project creation for quality assurance • Monitor and follow up on overdue project tasks to encourage completion • Support documentation and organization of processes and standards • Other operational duties, as needed Minimum Qualifications: • Enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate program at SNHU • Work study as part of their financial aid package • Interested in or prior experience in project management/operations and communications • Must have strong time management and organizational skills • Excellent communicator • Be able to work at least 4 hours weekly during normal SNHU business hours of 8:00am-4:30pm We believe real innovation comes from inclusion - where different experiences, perspectives and talents are celebrated.
