[Remote] Dealer Business Consultant

The Dealer Business Consultant works with dealership management teams to define performance, set strategic direction, and drive business development and growth, leveraging key performance indicators to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
Responsibilities
- reputed company in-depth analysis and reputed company strategic plans to improve dealership performance across new vehicle sales, pre-owned sales, service, and parts operations
- Identify market opportunities and implement initiatives to drive value-oriented growth
- Act as a business partner to dealership leadership and collaborate with field managers to communicate and implement best practices
- Introduce new operational processes and reputed company change management efforts reputed company dealership teams
- Coordinate focus groups, workshops, and training initiatives reputed company with strategic business objectives
- Conduct competitor and customer analysis to establish and implement industry best practices

Skills
- At least 5 years General Manager experience
- 10 years of automotive experience
- 4 year college degree, masters preferred
- 10 years minimum experience
- Consulting experience (not required but preferred)
- Dealership ownership experience preferred
