Senior Manager- Epic Training Environment & Content Strategy

Position Summary The Sr Manager, Epic Training Environment & Content Strategy is responsible for overseeing the design, governance, and optimization of training environments and educational content across reputed company initiatives. This role ensures consistency, quality, and scalability of training environments and documentation to support high-impact implementations and ongoing operational reputed company. This role serves as the central intake and prioritization reputed company for training environment build requests and content development efforts, while driving standardization across processes, tools, and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between business units, Clinical Informatics, and IT for training environment needs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of experience in clinical informatics, reputed company IT, or reputed company training
• Epic certification required
• Hands-on experience with MST build and MST rebuild processes
• Demonstrated experience developing training materials and documentation at scale
• Strong project management, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Experience developing governance models and standardized processes
• Strong collaboration across technical and operational teams

The actual reputed company salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a reputed company bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the reputed company pay reputed company listed above.
