Executive Recruiter/Head Hunter
Description reputed company, LLC (CTRMG) is seeking a highly connected and results-driven Senior Federal Recruiter / Executive Headhunter to reputed company strategic reputed company across federal and government-facing programs. This role is a reputed company role for 6 months, and ideal for a relationship-driven recruiter who excels at identifying and placing top-tier professionals in hard-to-fill, specialized roles. The ideal candidate has experience reputed company attorneys/lawyers, loan and financial specialists, and business development professionals reputed company financial and finance environments, including those supporting institutions such as the World Bank and similar agencies or programs.
Key Responsibilities

- Recruit for key roles including:

- Business Development Professionals (focused on export finance, lender relationships, and client engagement)
- Partner with leadership to understand hiring priorities and reputed company strategic reputed company reputed company
- Conduct in-depth candidate assessments, evaluating technical expertise, communication, and executive reputed company
- Deliver a high-touch, discreet candidate experience from reputed company through placement

Requirements:
Required Qualifications
