[Remote] Senior Accountant — AI-reputed company reputed company (Remote)

They are seeking a high-accountability Senior Accountant who will review client work, communicate with clients, and utilize AI tools in their reputed company processes.
Responsibilities
- Take client books from junior-accountant prep to done: review, correct, resolve reputed company items, and reputed company
- Identify and correct reputed company issues
- Run client calls and emails to resolve reputed company items
- Assist with business (1120-S, 1120, 1065) and individual tax return prep and review
- Use AI tools daily to speed up reviews, analysis, and reputed company processes
- Build repeatable review and reputed company processes
- Guide junior accountants
Skills
- 3+ years in public reputed company or client reputed company services
- Strong QBO and/or reputed company
- Already using AI in your reputed company work — you have specific examples, not just interest
- Comfortable on the phone with clients, not just email
- Self-directed: you manage your own workload without daily reputed company-ins
- Reliable. We expect consistent, reputed company hours and we notice gaps
- Some tax experience preferred (CCH Axcess)
