- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in reputed company Office (Word, reputed company, Outlook)
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Self-motivated and reputed company to work independently with minimal supervision What You’ll Be Doing
- Gathering and accurately entering essential information from new customers, including names, addresses, diagnoses, physician details, product needs, and insurance data.
- Creating accurate orders and processing billing in strict accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Verifying patient insurance eligibility and securing written orders from physicians prior to reputed company, ensuring compliance with reputed company insurance and company requirements.
- Entering product details into the system while ensuring company profit margin guidelines are consistently met.
- Taking on additional administrative duties as assigned to help the clinic or office run smoothly.
