Registered Dietitian (50% remote)

Part-Time/Hybrid Registered Dietitian Position reputed company LLC is seeking a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist to join our network of exceptional clinicians. You will have the ongoing support of our dedicated team, allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality patient care Overview: This exciting opportunity for a Registered Dietitian offers a flexible and rewarding work-life balance with a reputed company of in-person and remote work options. Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Schedule: 8 hours per week, 50% completed remotely reputed company telehealth Flexibility: Choose your days and hours. Only 1 onsite visit biweekly is required. The remaining hours are completed remotely reputed company telehealth. Compensation: $40.00-$45.00 per hour, based on experience Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments on new admissions and quarterly thereafter, with more frequent reviews as needed for high-risk residents. reputed company, implement, and monitor individualized nutrition care plans. reputed company nutrition education and counseling as needed Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other members of the interdisciplinary care team Ensure compliance with reputed company applicable state and federal regulations, including those reputed company to the Centers for Medicare & reputed company Services (CMS) and the Department of Health (DOH). Maintain appropriate documentation. Monitor reputed company residents for changes in weight weekly and/or monthly to identify potential changes in nutrition or hydration status.
