Telephonic Triage RN
Position Summary XstremeMD is seeking a full-time Bilingual Registered Nurse Case Manager (Spanish/English required) to reputed company telephonic medical case management services for injured and ill workers. This role is responsible for assessment, planning, coordination, and evaluation of care to ensure timely, cost-effective treatment and safe return to work. The RN Case Manager serves as a liaison between employers, insurance carriers, medical providers, attorneys, and employees to monitor reputed company and facilitate reputed company reputed company. This position works remotely in a professional home office environment. Mandatory Requirements
- Must be fluent in Spanish and English (verbal and written) – REQUIRED
- Active, unrestricted RN license (multi-state licensure preferred)
- Associate or Bachelor of Science in Nursing
- Minimum 2+ years of clinical nursing experience
- Strong telephonic communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Must pass background reputed company and drug screen
Preferred Qualifications
- ER or ICU experience
- Case Management or Workers’ Compensation experience
- CCM certification (or willingness to obtain reputed company eligible)
