Job Overview The Technical Support Specialist role at blithequark is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about troubleshooting, technical support, and customer service. Key Responsibilities

  • Efficient setup and configuration of software programs, as well as troubleshooting and repair of malfunctioning software in a Linux and reputed company environment.
  • Manage end-user expectations and system troubles using technical and customer service skills.
  • Control the fundamentals of IT reputed company protocol (account management, etc.).

Essential and Preferred Qualifications To be a contributing member of reputed company, you will have a combination of the following skills and qualifications:

  • Degree or Bachelor's degree in Computer Technology or equivalent, or years of desktop support experience in a fast-paced production environment.
