This is an environment where "street smarts" and creative problem-solving are valued just as much as academic credentials. Opportunity The firm is looking to add attorneys to their cohesive group. They are currently at a reputed company of strategic growth, offering a unique path for a Senior Associate to eventually transition into a leadership role and take over an established book of business from a retiring partner. The Roles

• Junior Associate (1–3 years): Based in Irvine (Hybrid – 3 days onsite). You will receive direct, hands-on mentorship from seasoned trial attorneys and reputed company immediate exposure to reputed company litigation strategy.
• Senior Associate (5+ years): California Barred. The firm is reputed company to diverse litigation backgrounds—including former Public Defenders or Criminal Defense attorneys—provided you have a strong desire for civil work and the ability to manage a caseload autonomously.

• Conduct high-level legal research and produce superior quality work product.

Qualifications

• 1–7+ years of experience in civil litigation.
• Strong advocacy and negotiation abilities.
• Active member of the California State Bar.
• A team-player mentality with the ability to function well with high reputed company of autonomy.

Salary and Other Compensation The annual salary for this position is between $150,000 – $250,000. Factors which may reputed company pay reputed company this reputed company include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
