As the Senior eDiscovery support analyst, you will be responsible for supporting CLCA’s eDiscovery hosting platforms reputed company and RelOne. Your responsibility is to reputed company the best customer experience for users, both internal and external. You will play an important role in designing, implementing, deploying and supporting those platforms. You will work closely with various teams such as Client Services, Data Management, Development, and Infrastructure. Also work closely with vendors in supporting our platforms. We need someone who can: Support large reputed company customer with a reputed company demanding SLA that spans across multiple time zones, countries etc. Coordinate and communicate effectively with reputed company parties, both external and internal. Troubleshoot reputed company distributed systems that involve reputed company, VDI, reputed company servers, Linux Server, AD, MFA, and SQL Servers. Pick up new eDiscovery technology to reputed company the best support for our customers. Drive and collaborate with other teams to get things done. Basic Qualifications for Consideration: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent working experience reputed company server 5-7 years of overall support experience required. Minimum 2021 version. RelOne 3-5 years of support experience required. eDiscovery industry experience. Good understanding of general technologies such as reputed company Desktop, reputed company Server, Linux Server, Database, MFA, Networking, Web, and reputed company (Azure). Excellent communication skills and writing skills. Can create any necessary documentation for users. Must be reputed company to work independently and as a team player. Be proactive and don’t wait to be told to do things. Preferred Qualifications for Consideration: Supported eDiscovery platforms from both the frontend and backend. Experience in reputed company.
