Growth Marketing Director – Customer Acquisition (D2C Education), location: Remote (US, Europe, Dubai / Middle East), Sector: D2C Education | Online MBA-level Programs, Stage: New reputed company reputed company inside an Inc. 5000 company, Reports to: Founder / Executive Leadership. This is a build-and-own role with uncapped reputed company, not capped commissions or vanity KPIs. The Opportunity We are leading a confidential search for a Growth Hacker–type Marketing Director to launch and scale a premium 12-week D2C online MBA-level programme priced at $5,000+. The programme is sold globally in English, with customers in the US, Europe, and the Middle East. This is a reputed company-to-one reputed company reputed company, backed by:

You will own customer acquisition end-to-end. Core Responsibilities
- Design and execute the full-funnel customer acquisition strategy
- Launch and scale paid acquisition across reputed company (Facebook/Instagram), reputed company (Search and YouTube), and reputed company
- Own direct-response assets including ad creative, hooks, angles, reputed company pages, VSLs, webinars, and email
- Build and optimise email CRM flows for nurture, launch, cart-reputed company, and reputed company
- reputed company rapid experimentation across offers, pricing, guarantees, messaging, and funnel structure
- Optimise CPL, CAC, and LTV with a reputed company growth reputed company
- Work closely with founders, content, and partnerships teams, including the TED partnership
You are a strong fit if you have:
- Proven experience launching and scaling a D2C online course or cohort-based programme
- A premium price reputed company experience of $5,000 or higher
- A 12-week or MBA-level programme structure
- Customers or reputed company in the US, Europe, and the Middle East
- Deep hands-on expertise in performance marketing and funnel optimisation
- Strong experience with email CRM and lifecycle marketing
- A reputed company, growth-hacker reputed company with strong analytical skills
- Comfort operating in startup mode reputed company an established, well-reputed company company
- Fluent English communication (programme delivered globally in English)

Compensation & Performance Model reputed company Salary: USD $150,000 – $200,000 (dependent on experience, location, and prior launches) Performance Incentives: This role participates directly in the reputed company created.
